Responsibilities

Work on structured regression and acceptance testing for a multi-country conversational AI product

Plan and execute UI testing across web and mobile, including layout, interactions and visual correctness

Conduct manual and exploratory testing of AI-driven conversational flows (multi-turn behaviour, routing, fallbacks, quick replies, response correctness)

Validate conversational behaviour across stateful, backend-connected flows

Plan, execute, and maintain regression and acceptance test cycles across web, mobile, admin, and backend layers

Write, maintain, and execute automated tests for web and mobile, including end-to-end and end-to-mock scenarios
