Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an QA Automation Engineer - Python, web/mobile testing to design and implement mock server frameworks to simulate backend APIs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role Test Automation & Coverage Expansion

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications

Expand UI, API, and end-to-end test coverage with focus on:

Critical user journeys

Edge cases and negative scenarios

Improve automation scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency

Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and early defect detection
