The Pursuit Lead drives effective collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams to shape high‑quality, competitive solutions that meet customer business needs and budget expectations. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end deal shaping , from early qualification through contracting and seamless handover to delivery.
The Pursuit Lead works closely with Microsoft sales and delivery stakeholders to define solution scope, delivery approach, pricing strategy, cost estimates, staffing models, financials, risk and contingency plans, and budgetary estimates—ensuring disciplined execution and deal excellence.
