Overview
Source, negotiate, and purchase goods/services for hotel operations (F&B, rooms, maintenance). Build strong suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, issue RFQs, negotiate terms, and issue POs.
- Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and renewals.
- Coordinate with F&B, Engineering, and Housekeeping to forecast demand and manage inventory/reorders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and track cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business or Hospitality
- Strong negotiation, ERP/procurement software skills, and good communication.
