The Purchasing Manager leads the staff and the procurement activities within a business unit. Plans, coordinates, and directs various complex procurement and material processes from the initial proposal efforts through the delivery of the end product. Ensures that the procurement procedures are in compliance with government laws (domestic/international), regulations, and management objectives.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

" Manages supplier cost, quality, and delivery, driving resolution within the site team and, where necessary, escalating for additional support; implement actions to resolve supplier non-conformance issues.
