Responsibilities

  • Execute vendor contracts and ensure obligations are met.
  • Purchase packaging, ingredients, and consumables to meet production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate MRP data and coordinate stock rotation.
  • Balance raw material inventories across sites and minimise freight costs.
  • Manage incoming raw materials plans to plants and stores, ensuring ETA accuracy.
  • Ensure supplier documentation, import certifications, and regulatory compliance are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor inventory to prevent aged stock and ensure accurate stock records in ERP systems.
  • Support invoice verification, credit creation, and financial accuracy for purchased materials.
  • Assist with vendor identification, validation, and negotiations as required.
  • Deliver on key KPIs including stock availability, aged stock prevention, and timely documentation.
