The Food and Non-Food Purchasing Associate is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all food and non-food supplies and services for the school. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods such as food products, ingredients for culinary classes and banquet functions, stationery, furniture, cleaning supplies, IT equipment, and other operational necessities. The role involves working closely with various departments to understand purchasing needs and ensuring compliance with school policies and budget constraints.
