What will you be doing?

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP S/4HANA in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Convert approved purchase requisitions into accurate and timely POs.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of PO data, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and supplier details.
• Interface daily with buyers and project supply chain teams in the Houston office to align on procurement priorities and resolve queries.
• Support Houston-based buyers in executing procurement strategies and meeting project deadlines.
• Monitor PO status and follow up on approvals to ensure timely issuance.
• Assist with supplier communication regarding order confirmations and clarifications.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities.
• Support resolution of discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or PO mismatches.
