            About the job Purchasing Assistant (West) Acquisition of raw materials for tasks/projects on board or in workshop activities. 
Organization of inspection / renewal of certification for legal equipment like lifting gears, lifting machinery. 
Accountable for identifying and choosing suppliers that offer the optimal costs, quality, and services. 
Tasked with negotiating, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely execution. 
Cultivate and sustain suppliers and alternative sources. 
Aid in administrative tasks (e.g., document verification and management, etc.) 
Management of Purchase Order Procedures in compliance with ISO 90001. 
Manage the filing system, oversee document control, and keep track of purchase records. 
To suggest enhancements in the overall purchasing strategy that will benefit the company's interests.
