We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the procurement of items by using Birchstreet System and ensuring timely delivery, conformity to specifications and most competitive pricing.


Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions and budgets.

  • Ensure proper filing of quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.

  • Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and invoice issues.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
     
  • General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management

  • At least internship experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Analytical, with good business acumen

  • Influential, a good persuader
