            Benefits  0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month 
2% Medical Allowance per month 
 Job Responsibilities  Source, evaluate, and purchase M&E materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements. 
Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. 
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials. 
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule. 
Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and any discrepancies. 
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities. 
Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review. 
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required. 
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
