The role is currently offered temporary to cover sick leave until at least the end of March 2024, which will likely be extended.

Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Administrator’s Core Duties

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing purchase ledger payments
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
  • Processing expense claims
  • Preparing weekly / bi-monthly activity reports
  • Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Administrator’s Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience carrying out accounts
  • Experience carrying out purchase ledger
  • Experience using Sage 200?
