Manage import procurement activities including RFQs, supplier negotiations, PO placement, and delivery follow-ups

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for imported materials, including freight forwarders, customs clearance, and documentation

Handle MRO procurement to ensure uninterrupted plant operations while optimizing cost

Ensure compliance with import regulations, INCOTERMS, customs duties, and company procurement policies

Track shipments, manage delays, and proactively mitigate supply risks affecting production schedules

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to understand technical requirements and specifications

Drive cost savings, lead-time reduction, and supplier performance improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate procurement data, documentation, and reporting for audits and management reviews
