Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders, the public, and authorities in form of emails, letters, and face‑to‑face meet up
Keep records and follow up on feedback until the closure of the case
Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. LTA, HDB, PUB, SLA, Town Councils, MOM, etc.), and sub‑contractors to ensure smooth execution
Organize and coordinate both planned and ad‑hoc rectification works
Maintaining of good reputation and goodwill for the company
Public relations monthly report and weekly updates for management meetings
Carry out pre‑ and post‑visits to stakeholders and residents nearby the vicinity of work sites

Diploma in Communication, Business or Engineering or equivalent
