Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure the timely renewal of all company registration certificates and trade licenses, following up on official approvals and permits to prevent violations or fines.
Manage the end-to-end processing of new employment and business visas via MOHRE and GDRFA portals, ensuring all applications are handled accurately and within required timelines.
Handl the timely renewal and accurate record-keeping of all work permits, residency visas, and employment contracts in full compliance with government regulations and company requirements.
Handle the submissions and monthly updates with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA).
Coordinate with various Embassies in the UAE to acquire visas for staff members traveling for international business as required.
