- Develop and manage outreach programmes, public events, and community engagement activities from concept to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, media partners, and key public stakeholders
- Create compelling public-facing content including press releases, event materials, and digital communications
- Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify engagement opportunities and manage reputation effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure all public engagement efforts are brand-aligned
