Summary:


Administer paper and computerized tests to patients ranging in age from 4 years and older. Score tests using norms and computerized scoring programs. Clear and concise documentation of other patient behaviors during testing.

Responsibilities:


+ Observe and report behaviors accurately and carefully, using report formats directed by doctor.

+ Report troublesome behaviors of patient or danger to patient immediately to doctor.

+ Report factors that interfere with test performance immediately to doctor.

+ Provide appropriate reassurance and encouragement to patients to help them perform at their maximum potential.
