Role

We are looking for a psychologist to join a close‑knit, community‑focused team in Taupō that supports children and young people with learning support needs. The role is permanent, full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns or contributing factors influencing learning, wellbeing and behaviour to enhance inclusive practices in early learning services, schools and other educational settings.
• Provide professional support and guidance to schools, teachers and families to build capacity in supporting learners.
• Deliver specialist assessment and analysis for evidence‑informed interventions in complex cases.
• Work collaboratively within a trans‑disciplinary team where a child's needs are complex.
