Hillside Psychiatric Centre, Kamloops, BC, is a 47‑bed tertiary mental health facility serving adults and older adults with complex psychiatric needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric psychiatric care to adults and older adults.
• Manage severe neurocognitive disorders, including dementia and delirium.
• Use trauma‑informed and palliative approaches in treatment.
• Support transitions in care and coordinate with acute, community, and long‑term care settings.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, teaching, research, and program development.
• Leadership development available through Interior Health’s NAVIG8 Program.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation type: Fee‑for‑Service. Estimated remuneration: $400,000–$450,000 plus MOCAP Level 2.
