This full-service psychiatry consultant position is situated at a 23-bed Schedule One Facility. You will work closely with a committed team, contribute to the community mental health program, and enjoy teaching opportunities. Engage in various forms of treatment including psychotherapy, hospitalization, and medication management as part of a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-call psychiatric services (1 in 4)
• Conduct consultations for in-patient and out-patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on mental health
• Participate in quality improvement and strategic planning
• Manage hospital committees related to psychiatry
Requirements:
• CPSO unrestricted license for Ontario
