Position Summary: Responsible for patient care, including evaluation and management of patients and long term management after initial evaluation or transfer from other providers. Provides clinical input on psychotherapy needs and out of home placement. Provides feedback and staffing on appropriate outpatient and inpatient level of care requirements.
Critical Tasks:

• Provides patient evaluation and management and assesses treatment needs. Manages patients with complex and chronic mental health and medical conditions.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and behavioral health care needs.
• Prescribes, monitors, and manages medications for individual patients in an appropriate and successful manner.
