Responsibilities
- Supporting talent acquisition queries for the Americas (Chile, United States and Canada)
- Create requisitions for new positions in GPS.
- Create Canva ads for job postings.
- Schedule interviews.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for entry‑level roles and some experienced roles if required.
- Oversee the offer stage.
- Handle ticket management through Cherwell.
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and business group leaders from the Americas.
- Maintain updated information about the processes in our trackers.
