Prudential Risk
An established financial servicepany is seeking a Prudential risk SME. This position plays a critical role in prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, and strategic risk development, including ICARA, Risk Appetite, and climate related risk.

Responsibilities
•Support full lifecycle of the ICARA process—framework updates, documentation, model maintenance, and Board level training.
•Deliver quarterly prudential risk reporting for seniorernance forums (ERCC, Board Riskmittees).
•Monitor risks trending out of appetite and work with risk owners on remediation.
•Alignernance reporting standards across UK, Ireland, and Germany.
•Drive development of Europe wide strategic, emerging, and climate risk capabilities.
•Engage with senior leaders andpany Secretariat to ensureplete and accurate reporting.
