Job Description

Support new product launch requests and provide analysis on provisioning impact

Write and execute test plans and analyze results for new product launch requests

Report bugs and work with development team on resolution

Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps

Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Skills:

3+ years of relevant professional experience

Excellent communication and time management

Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment

Detailed oriented and thorough
