Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and submit provider enrollment and re-enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans

+ Maintain accurate provider data in internal systems and payer portals

+ Track application progress and proactively follow up with payers

+ Collaborate with providers and internal credentialing teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies

+ Monitor re-credentialing and revalidation timelines to ensure uninterrupted payer participation
