The purpose of Protégé Program is to support Training portfolio by providing administrative and operational duties related to Training function and HRDC portal
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, to produce documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and training databases.
Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, HRDC Portal, FUSE, Digital on Demand and Pfizer Learning Academy
Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
Assist Training Manager in training coordination and administration.
Prepare learning material and uploading material on HRDC Portal
Administer and ensure training documentation efficiency
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field
