What the day will look like
Document Production & Formatting

+ Format and structure Word and PowerPoint documents throughout the bid lifecycle, ensuring consistency and professionalism

+ Apply Aon brand standards across all proposal and presentation materials

+ Build and update proposal templates, section dividers, case studies, biographies, and appendices

+ Support ongoing formatting of documents as content is developed, including late-stage edits and version updates

+ Insert and format content, tables, visuals, and graphics into documents in line with proposal stru...
