Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager – Highways and Road Construction, based in New Delhi having 12 years + experience in same domain. The Tendering Manager will lead the end-to-end tendering process for highway and road construction projects, including identifying opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and preparing technically and commercially compliant bids. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to gather inputs, develop bid strategies, and ensure accurate costing and timelines. managing clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and correspondence with clients and authorities;
