Proposal Manager

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Business Development. This individual will report to the Vice President of Proposal Operations and Marketing and is responsible for the full-cycle development and management of proposals. Responsibilities:

In this Proposal Manager role you will have the opportunity to:

+ Read and interpret Federal RFP's, RFI’s, BPA’s, RFQ’s, IDIQ’s, etc.

+ Develop all proposal development materials including but not limited to: proposal outline, compliance matrix, proposal management plan, proposal kick-off meeting materials, storyboard, and writing plans
