            Duties & Responsibilities  Cost Estimation  Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects; 
Analyze and evaluate project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and associated costs; 
 Quantity Take-off  Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations; 
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive quantity assessments; 
 Budgeting and Cost-control  Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle; 
Monitor and report on cost variations, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures; 
 Tendering and Procurement  Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process;
