            Key Responsibilities: 
Prepare and compile detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to client enquiries and tenders 
Interpret client specifications, the scope of work, and technical requirements 
Perform cost estimations, pricing, and risk assessments for projects 
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals 
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support during the bidding process 
Ensure that proposals comply with industry standards and internal quality procedures 
Support contract negotiations and handovers to project execution teams 

Minimum Requirements: 
BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering 
Minimum of 5 years experience in a proposal or process engineering role 
Strong understanding of process plant design, costing, and project execution
