Job Description:
The Property Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients within the Laguna area. The role involves generating leads, conducting property presentations and site tripping, assisting clients throughout the sales process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell residential and/or commercial properties
- Identify and generate potential clients through networking and fieldwork
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site trippings
- Assist clients with property inquiries, pricing, documentation, and closing process
- Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Prepare sales reports and update client database regularly
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
