This role isresponsible for overseeing the daily technical, maintenance, and supportoperations of a commercial or mixed-use facility, ensuring that allinfrastructure and service standards are efficiently met.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operationsrelated to engineering, facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and security toensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all building occupants.
Conduct periodic audits ofinfrastructure and recommend upgrades to comply with relevant codes andimprove operational efficiency.
Manage and evaluate theperformance of outsourced service providers such as janitorial, security,pest control, fuel and waste services, and utility maintenancecontractors.
Oversee the preparation andapproval process of the annual operational budget for the facility.
Develop, implement, andregularly review standard operating procedures and technical manualsrelated to building operations.
