Overview:
Maintains, preserves and improves the Bank's real estate assets to provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage building operations including mechanics and electricity, safety and contract services.Manage and develop budgets.Manage maintenance requests and resolve problems.Remain current on rules and regulations of building work.Plan and manage capital and non-capital replacements of building assets including building envelope and large mechanical equipment.Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
