Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, scheduling and overseeing property inspections and maintenance activities
