We are seeking a Property Manager to join our award-winning Property Management team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.

What You'll Do

• Proactively build a portfolio and pipeline of properties.
• Call landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets to sell the benefits of Property Management to them.
• Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the landlord.
• Consistently meet targets.
• Manage the process of a tenant moving into and vacating a property and any maintenance issues which may arise.
