Diploma in Building or Facilities Discipline from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years' relevant experience, OR ITE/NTC in Facility Management or technical discipline with minimum 5 years' experience
Technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and/or civil/building disciplines with hands‑on experience in facilities and project management
Proven knowledge of statutory requirements and regulatory compliance including local safety, environmental, and building regulations
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel for report preparation and project tracking
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including building owners, tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Availability for site-based work with flexibility to respond to operational needs and work under pressure during critical project phases
