Property Executive What this job involves: The Property Executive is the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following:
- Site measurement and records
- Uploading field data to the computerised FM system
- Planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works
- Resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists
Required Qualifications - Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (preferably with M&E background)
