            RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end residential properties. 
Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine check 
Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly 
Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure 
Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests 
Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance with the contracts’ terms and conditions 
Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification 
Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors 
Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections
