Job Summary To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in the management of the residential, commercial, and retail portfolio. Responsibilities Leasing & Revenue Management - Leasing Cycle: Manage the full leasing process, including property viewings, lead qualification, and negotiating lease terms under the guidance of the Portfolio Manager
- Tenancy Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal calendar; initiate contact with tenants 90 days prior to expiry to negotiate terms in accordance with the RERA Rental Index
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date availability list across the portfolio to minimize vacancy periods and hit occupancy KPIs
