Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties
• Network with potential clients to build a robust pipeline

• Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction
• Advise clients on legal requirements and financing options

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or the finance sector
• Proven sales background with strong negotiation abilities
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices
