This is a unique position and requires two individuals , i.e. spouses, siblings, partners, familiar relationships (two individuals that can work and live together effectively) These two individuals must apply together Must have familiarity with working together Each Caretake does not need to know how to perform all these duties, but they must be able to accomplish them between the two Must agree to live on the property Must be on site June – August (blackout period for vacations) Lodging and utilities are covered Each person will be paid a salary of $50K/annually POSITION SUMMARY: These roles focus on the interior and exterior infrastructure, facility maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships and grounds and structure to “The Property” at Eagle River, WI.
