Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining department directories.
- Keeps a safe, clean, and secured reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issues visitor RFID).
- Maintains the building and its systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
