General Description:

Manages the Property & Casualty Technical Resource practice. Responsible for analytics, placement, claims, risk control and executive and professional risk specialists. Supports renewal and new business within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Implements the USI Technical Resource Service model across the organization.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, management, and development of assigned technical resources teams. Establish client and new business assignments.
• Evaluate staffing and training needs according to USI’s technical service model and budget.
• Act as a point of escalation for team members and clients for most complex technical issues.
