+ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

+ Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and skill levels

+ Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize competing deadlines

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
