2+ years experince of asset management experience in program organizations responsible for delivering IT services of similar scope and complexity.
Degreein business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience with IT asset management, asset management databases (e.g., asset database, CMDB), and other ITSM tools, solutions, software.
ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 Foundation to align with the latest version of DESMF or ability to obtain.
