Responsibilities

• Working closely with our Controller and Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of financial reporting packages, variance commentary, and annual operating cost recoveries.
• Youll be the ''eyes and ears'' of our monthly reports identifying trends and helping management understand the story behind the numbers.
• Youll also be a key player during budget season and year-end audits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle and property management accounting experience.
