What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly preparation & reporting of property financials including balance sheet, income statement, capital expenditures and leasing costs, annual operating cost recoveries, accounts receivable and bad debts/provisions;Prepare monthly property-level financial analysis for the property managers;Prepare revenue analysis and review for respective portfolio;Complete recovery ratio analysis and provide commentary;Participate in monthly operational/financial review meetings;Review, analyze and process property budgets.
