Property Accountant

SolomonEdwards is seeking a Property Accountant for a client located in Newtown Square. In office position with flex hours on Fridays.

The Property Accountant will be work closely with property management and leasing and will be responsible for a wide range of accounting services for assigned properties portfolio. Open to corporate accountants who want to learn real estate. Also open to regional public accountants.

• Responsibilities: Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconciliations
• Generate invoices for management and related fees
• Reconcile tenant security deposits
• Support quarterly and year-end closing processes
