The Promotional Marketing Planner supports the end-to-end execution of approved promotional events across print, digital, and in‑store channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
Responsibilities
Channel Execution & Coordination
- Summarize channel execution plans based on finalized offers.
- Deliver execution‑ready asset packages to channel owners (copy, disclaimers, key details).
- Create workback schedules to meet key promotional deadlines.
Print, Pagination & Production
- Build print pagination layouts using approved insights and data.
- Provide pagination files, copy, images, templates, and data sheets to production on deadline.
- Manage print production with vendors through all proofing stages.
- Share final flyer and postcard creative with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital flyer set‑up and link/URL population.
